- Customer & lead information: names, contact details, documents (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, cheques), photographs, signatures, and notes entered by you while managing your pipeline.
- Sales records: leads, opportunities, pipeline notes, call logs, visit notes, tasks, and reminders.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile carrier, and language settings.
- Usage data: features used, screens visited, timestamps, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
- IP address and approximate location derived from your network connection.
1.3 Information from device permissions
Only with your explicit consent, the App may access:
- Precise location (GPS): to geo-tag customer visits and compute travel distance.
- Camera and photo library: to capture documents, signatures, and visit proofs.
- Microphone: (optional) for voice-to-text notes.
- Contacts: (optional) to import leads from your address book.
- Storage: to read uploaded PDFs, write backups, and export reports.
You can withdraw any of these permissions via your device settings at any time.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To create and maintain your account and authenticate you securely.
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- To generate the on-device AI suggestions, plans, and chat responses you request.
- To generate analytics and reports for your personal use.
- To send service notifications, security alerts, and product updates.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR & Indian DPDP Act)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract with your employer organization.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service.
- Your explicit consent (for optional features such as location, microphone, or contacts access).
If you are located in India, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable RBI master directions.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information to any third party. TRIVARTHA is offline-first by design — your data lives on your device.
If you choose to use the optional cloud sync or share a report, we may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: vetted third parties that help us host, secure, and maintain the App (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, crash analytics). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
- App stores: Google Play and Apple App Store may process your subscription payment under their own privacy policies.
- Legal compliance: when required by valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law.
- Corporate transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
- With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
5. Data Storage, Retention, and Transfers
- Where we store data: by default, your data is stored only on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored on secure servers located in India.
- How long we keep it: locally, until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data. Cloud-synced data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
- International transfers: if any data is transferred outside your home country, we ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- AES-256 encryption of sensitive data at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
- Secure storage of credentials using platform keystores (Keychain / Keystore) via
flutter_secure_storage. - Role-based access controls on the backend.
- Regular security testing, vulnerability scanning, and code review.
- Mandatory biometric / PIN authentication on supported devices.
Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

If you use the web version of TRIVARTHA, we may use a small number of essential cookies and local-storage entries to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies before providing any information.
